At Havens, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
